Broadcasters use public airwaves, so by law their first priority must be to serve in the best interest of the public. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) states, "it is illegal to broadcast sexually explicit content between the hours of 6am and 10pm." It is our duty according to the United States Constitution to hold broadcasters and the FCC accountable for the law they should be abiding and enforcing.
